[sbopkg-users] Issue with sbopkg for Slackware 15.0

I think SKIP_EMPTY is now removed in 0.38.2
the reason is that empty queue means that the script (or package) does
not need any other dependencies or it has been shipped by Slackware, so
it's a standalone package.
