There was a similar report made to the sbopkg issue tracker, and I think
we have a fix queued up for it.  There is some particular package that
is causing this but have not narrowed down which one it is just yet.

Now this one is strange.  I am not aware of any similar reports.  I just
finished building about 30 packages with 0.30.1 and never ran into this.

Did you make any manual changes to the WGETFLAGS in sbopkg.conf?  Maybe
try changing the timeout and other settings in WGETFLAGS?  Does it ever
work or does the download *always* fail?  Are you behind a firewall or
proxy?
