[sbopkg-users] Status of next sbopkg release

Though I don't believe knowledge wise that I am able to efficiently
maintain sbopkb, I would be willing to volunteer to work alongside the
final maintainer as an apprentice of sorts, to add to the pool of users
able to take on the task maintainer at some point.  Its not much, but may
help avoid a similar situation in the future.
