[sbopkg-users] a very tiny patch to speed up in a rare case

Hello,


I send you this tiny patch, it's to speed up a bit in the rare case the

user has an empty source cache and still wants to check the obsolete 
packages,

in this case I added a quick flag to exit before starting the loop from 
the actual sources list.


I know it is rare and almost cosmetic but it bit me two time this year :D)


Feel free to use it or not, improve it or modify it as you like

(for instance having a different message as "cache empty" instead of "no 
obsolete sources")
