[sbopkg-users] wget compression

Hi all

wget 1.19.2 introduced in -stable back in October have a new compression
method (and it's enabled by default) that *may* cause checksum failure
on some sources in SBo:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-wget/2017-11/msg00000.html

If you are using wget 1.19.2 (i'm assuming you are running latest
-stable), it's advised to do one of two things below to fix the issue:
- add compression = none in /etc/wgetrc
OR
- add "--compression=none" in WGETFLAGS in /etc/sbopkg/sbopkg.conf

NOTE: This is a temporary solution until Pat approve the permanent fix
or until upstream developer released a new version of wget that fix that
issue (and Patrick include it on -stable as well).

Merry Christmas
