This wasn't a decision by sbopkg devs at all but a change in SBo policy
and adapting to it fell between the cracks of the last release. It's
handled in the development version of sbopkg - if you use sspm
http://sbopkg.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/tools/sspm
you can easily upgrade to it if you want - the dev version is otherwise
currently completely identical to the released version and safe to use.
I think the SBo admins decided to generally alphabetize the dep list
though (midori and many others are - gnucash isn't), so there's nothing
to be done about that.
