If it's not installed, then it should be either

/path/to/slackware/k/kernel-source-2.6.37.6-noarch-2.txz
/path/to/slackware64/k/kernel-source-2.6.37.6-noarch-2.txz

depending on your bit version and Slack version (examples from 13.37).
To see if it is,

ls /var/log/packages/kernel*

Also, slackware comes with slackpkg and you can do things like

slackpkg search source
slackpkg install kernel-source

(or something like that).
