[sbopkg-discuss] Feature request - test build option

It is often a very good idea to test buildscripts as a normal user
before running them as root.  This could be added to sbopkg as an
option for root.

Basically, root would select "test build" instead of "build".
root would then su as another user,
change $TMP and $OUTPUT to a directory that the user can use,
copy the SlackBuild to a temporary directory that the user can write
to,
sed the "chown root:root" in the SlackBuild to comment it out
build the package
exit the su

All the user configurable vars would need to be checked for the
selected user of course.
