Welcome.

In a scenario like that, you should edit the SlackBuild and .info file
(which can be done via sbopkg's 'Custom' menu item or however you'd
like). Then build as usual. However, what you did should also work if you
edit gogglesm's SlackBuild and add --fox-prefix=/usr/local (assuming
that where your fox version went - sbo/sbopkg would make sure it went to
/usr. gogglesm appears to have a handrolled build process which doesn't
really work properly and requires the flag.
