[sbopkg-users] sbopkg slow to start using git repository

Hmm, using a git repo /should/ be just like the SBo rsync repo, meaning
that it only syncs when you manuualy do so from the menu.  It should not
sync automatically every time you start sbopkg.  I'll try and test this
repo soon and see if I get a similar result.
