[sbopkg-discuss] Sbopkg 0.0.6.1 Released

Now that Slackware 12.1 is released (yeah!), here is sbopkg 0.0.6.1.
As mentioned previously, the only change here is to set the default SBo
repo to 12.1 and update the man pages etc. to reference Slackware
12.1.  Otherwise, there are no substantive changes over 0.0.6.
